Dr. Alison Bramer Cummings

is a life long resident of Western New York and both founder and president of Inner Balance Chiropractic.

She graduated from Allegheny College in Western Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Psychology, with a minor in English and Chemistry. Dr. Cummings completed a grant funded two-year research project titled, "Patient satisfaction, functional ability, perception of pain, and chiropractic care."

A graduate of "The Fountainhead" Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Cummings has trained in Iowa, Washington, Oklahoma, Illinois, Canada, and Vietnam. While at Palmer, she served on the curriculum advisory board, worked as an intern in Clinical Radiology, and was a member of the women's soccer team. Upon graduation, Dr. Cummings earned distinguished honors of academic and clinical excellence. Dr. Cummings is a trained NUCCA practitioner and has studied amongst renowned NUCCA Doctors.  She is a member of the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Association, and New York Chiropractic Council.

Dr. Cummings enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.  She has been in practice at Inner Balance since 2003.  She is actively involved in the community and frequently presents health and wellness workshops to businesses and private organizations.

Dr. Tammy Bialek-Lehrer

is a native of Buffalo, NY.  She received a B.A. in Dance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  After graduation she danced professionally in Guam and Japan.  It was her own experience as a chiropractic patient that inspired her to receive both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, M.O.  Upon graduation, Dr. Bialek founded Back To Basics Chiropractic Health Center in Chicago, IL.

 Dr. Bialek returned to the WNY area to be closer to family.  She joined Inner Balance Chiropractic in 2009.  Dr. Bialek is the chiropractor for LehrerDance; a Buffalo based professional dance company and is an affiliate with the UB Dance department, providing workshops on Injury Prevention and Career Longevity.  However, Dr. Bialek’s true passion is working with pregnant women and children, addressing the most prevalent health concerns today, such as ear infections, asthma, colic, allergies.  She is a member of the I.C.P.A. {International Chiropractic Pediatric Association}, Advanced Proficiency Activator Methods Provider, and NUCCA Doctor {National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association}.
