Pregnancy Chiropractic Care:  Chiropractic care in pregnancy is vital to the normal physiological function of both the mother and baby in pregnancy and birth.  In the mother, it prepares the pelvis  for an easier pregnancy and birth, removes tension on the ligaments that support the uterus and allows for a safer easier birth for the mother decreasing the potential for intervention.  To the infant, it allows the baby the room to develop without constrictions to its forming cranium, spine and nerve system and offers the baby the room to move into the best possible position for birth.  Dr. Tammy Bialek-Lehrer is certified in the Webster's intra uterine constraint technique, a technique used commonly to assist the baby in getting into the optimal position for birth.   

Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique:  A gentle, low force full spinal analysis for the detection and correction of spinal subluxations (misalignments).  This technique utilizes a hand held instrument which optimizes specificity of correction.

Wellness Education Workshops:  We offer a variety of wellness based workshops to local businesses, organizations, and groups.  Our workshops focus on the application of simple techniques to allow the self to experience higher levels of health.  Topics include, but are not limited to: stress management, maximizing your energy at work, women's health issues, raising a healthy family, and eating optimal foods for healing.  Please call or email us for a full listing of workshops.

Nutritional Supplements: When it comes to nutritional supplements, our philosophy is quite simple.  At Inner Balance, we believe supplements should be taken to enhance your overall quality of life and are not an alternative to a healthy diet.  In our office we only provide a variety of professional grade supplements.
